Combining with the requirements of the selection and training for inter-disciplinary talents as well as their vocational scope and job content in Chinese engineering cost industry, this paper tries to set up a stratified professional capacity standard for engineering cost talents by the study of the corresponding systems in international community in order to define the requirements for engineering cost talents in the industry, appraise the talents’ performance in the enterprise, and come up with specific training method.
