At present the competition is fierce between real estate enterprises and the housing price is always being risen in recent years in china. In view of the status, the paper firstly puts forward to apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the project of real estate enterprise. Secondly, based on the characteristics of real estate industry, the essay analyzes the existing problems in real estate supply chain management, such as lack of supply chain partnership and information sharing, the low supply chain integration, and so forth. Finally, the article suggests establishing the mode of SCM taking the real estate enterprise as the center and creating a long-term and stable cooperation with various stakeholders to form an alliance, and so on. The corresponding countermeasures which are brought up to solve these problems will enhance the core competitive power of the real estate enterprise and optimize the whole supply chain. The value of the real estate supply chain integration will be realized in the ultimate.
