Sustainable use of land resource is an important foundation and prerequisite to achieve sustainable economic development of human society. However, in recent years due to unreasonable land property rights system, Chinese current land use situation does not meet the best condition. With the method of qualitative analysis, the paper demonstrates the sharp confliction between sustainable development and land protection. The paper argues that to achieve sustainable development of Chinese land resources, we must change the current unreasonable land use and improve the land property rights system. This article focuses on the importance of the sustainable use of land resources, analyzes the main reasons for restricting land use in China, and further discusses how to improve Chinese land property rights and promotes the countermeasures of economic and social sustainable development.

机译：土地资源的可持续利用是实现人类社会经济可持续发展的重要基础和前提。但是，近年来由于不合理的土地产权制度，中国目前的土地使用状况未达到最佳状态。本文采用定性分析的方法，论证了可持续发展与土地保护之间的尖锐矛盾。本文认为，要实现中国土地资源的可持续发展，就必须改变目前不合理的土地利用方式，完善土地产权制度。本文着眼于土地资源可持续利用的重要性，分析了制约我国土地利用的主要原因，并进一步探讨了如何改善中国土地产权，促进经济社会可持续发展的对策。
