摘要

At present the competition is fiercer for the Real Estate Enterprises in our country. This paper suggests applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the project of real estate enterprises and sets up the mode of supply chain on the project and then based on the mode of supply chain, we build the mode of the SCM taking the real estate enterprise as the center and discuss the operational flows of the supply chain of the project, finally establish real estate development enterprise supply chain and the corresponding cost control model.
机译：目前，我国房地产企业的竞争更加激烈。本文建议将“供应链管理”（SCM）应用于房地产企业项目，并在该项目上建立供应链模式，然后在供应链模式的基础上，构建以房地产企业为主体的供应链管理模式。以中心为中心，探讨项目供应链的运作流程，最终建立房地产开发企业供应链及相应的成本控制模型。
