Quasi-static approximations apply to emissions testing for lowfrequencies in a reverberation chamber. This paper presents a comparisonof different methods used to devise a voltage transfer function betweena device under test (DUT) and a monopole antenna for low frequencytesting in a reverberation chamber. A scale model is used to obtain acapacitive voltage transfer ratio from the DUT and wiring harness to theantenna. Next a 3D electrostatic finite element model and a finitedifference time domain model are constructed to determine a moreaccurate transfer function. The results are compared to measurements
