Magnetic-polymer-composite sheeting is used to suppress radiatedelectromagnetic noise generated from electronic equipment. The sheetingis a combination of a soft-magnetic-metallic powder and a polymer.Installing this sheeting on transmission lines on substrates, attenuatesthe conducted-electromagnetic noise. In this paper we describe theeffect on the transmission line characteristics due to the installationof the sheeting, and the attenuation ofhigh-GHz-conducted-electromagnetic noise by loss of the sheeting
