The discrepancy alarm is introduced into the digital nuclear power plant as to monitor the equipment status. Early discrepancy alarm design is not perfect and lead to that lots of discrepancy alarms cannot be reset. This paper analyses the mechanism of discrepancy alarm and the reason why it cannot be reset. Combining with the characteristics of special actuators of nuclear power plant, this paper gives a reasonable and feasible implementation solutions and provides reference ideas for the discrepancy alarm design of nuclear power plant.
