By comparing blue-green lasers and violet lasers, the author briefly summarized the technical differences between the two and the development history of the two lasers in recent years. In-depth analysis and exploration of the technical difficulties in the structure and principle of the third-generation semiconductor laser have been made. The self-heating effect is defined as the effect that the heat generated at the channel increases the lattice temperature significantly under the application conditions of high voltage and high current of the device, which in turn causes the device characteristics to deteriorate.
