摘要

Artificial intelligence is an important branch of computer science, and machine learning is an important component of artificial intelligence. Machine learning enables computers to simulate human learning behavior, acquire knowledge and life skills spontaneously through learning, and constantly improve their performance in the process of learning, so as to achieve self-improvement. Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary subject that applies mathematics and computer science to the index, classification and analysis of biomolecular information. Due to the characteristics and requirements of data in bioinformatics, many algorithms of artificial intelligence, especially machine learning, have been widely used in this field, which has greatly promoted the development of bioinformatics. This paper reviews the application and research progress of machine learning technology in bioinformatics.
