摘要

The result in our study suggested that rat bone marrow-derived osteoclast are sensitive to FSS and that Integrina v ?3 signaling in these cells may play an important role in load induced remodeling and signal transduction in bone.(Acknowledgment: this work was supported by the grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, No. 30270359.)
