Under scanning electron microscope, the spore log-cultivated ganoderma lucidum were ovate-oblong or ovoid with truncated apes or blunt taper, a size of 4.54-5.79 * 6.64-8.60 mivm, and there were sinuous depressions or minute holes on the surface. The stacked density fo the spore was 0.22-0.25g/cm sup 3, with 0.97-1.15*10 sup 10 spores per gram.
