摘要

To assay the sensitivity and speicficity of in situ hybridization method for detection of Helicobacter pylori in gastro-duodenal biopsy samples. METHOD Through PCR method, 203bp fragment were amplified and abeled by using a pair of oligonucleotide complemented with non-structural gene of chromosomal DNA of Helicobacter Pylori(H.Pylori) as primers, and chromosomal DNA of H.pylori NCTC 11637 as models. DIG-HP-203bp probe has been obtained and in situ hybridization (ISH) technique has been established and applifed.
