摘要

When we want to improve a process, we are usually learning from problems in past iterations. Weak point of this approach is that problems should occur first. It would be more appropriate to remove causes that lead to problems, before they are realised. If we want to achieve this goal, awareness about software process has to be established in the organisation. Therefore, we used CMM as a framework in which we put a new model for software process improvement, based on prediction of software process weaknesses. Proposed model is using perceptions from risk management process on particular project, for prediction of weaknesses of organisational software process in general. With this approach, it is possible to enhance process before any loss occurs.
