Rotational moders are lightweighting their parts by adding chemical blowing agents to their polymers. However, they are finding to their dismay that it is just as difficult to produce controlled ovids as it is to eliminate voids. This paper highlights the mechanism of cell formation as an aid to those struggling with foam production.
