Structural acoustics modes are computed by using a model involving displacement for the elastic solid and, simultaneously, pressure and displacement potential variables for the fluid. The problem is discretized on a tetrahedral mesh by using piecewise constant elements for the pressure and continuous piecewise linear finite elements for the other fields. Error estimates and numerical results are reported.
