摘要

The urban network planning in electricity market (EM) should meet the increase of the load, improve the quality of the electricity, collocate the source reasonably, enhance the economic benefit of the company and lead the social development. Especially, we should think more of economic analysis in the network planning. This paper researches various technical problems and economic analysis during planning consisting of load forecasting, optimizing of substations, lines and net structures, and the methods of economic analysis. This paper also gives some advice to solve the irrationality of economy in some projects. This paper presents a novel method of the urban network planning to make the planning a part of the development strategies of the power supply company. The method does not only consider the social duties, which should be carried by the company, but ensure the economic benefit of the company as well.
