Static Experimental Research on a Water Hydraulic Trial System

摘要

In this paper, the working principle and features of the water hydraulic trial system designed and manufactured by ourselves are introduced briefly at first. Then, with the meter-in circuit and meter-out circuit of the throttle governing system composed of two-way carriage valves, not only the variable velocity of the piston rod is tested in detail under different loads separately, but also the useful power of the working hydro-cylinder is calculated and analyzed. At last, some important and valuable conclusions are obtained by means of analyzing the experiment data, they are of certain directing significance to extensive study on water hydraulic transmission technique.
