In the outskirts of Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, WGM ltd., a group of companies within the media (YATV) and internetsector and an organisation (WIF) are now building their new 3000m{sup}2 headquarter, programmed to be completed by June 2001. The project has been designed by SunLab Architects, Norway, and in collaboration with local consultants, KdS in Colombo has ensured the necessary local links. Max Fordham & Associates, London, have provided valuable input to energy matters in the initial phases of the design. Some funding for ecological measures has been granted from NORAD.
