The focus of this research is to quantify the business benefits of implemented SSBMobile m-commerce software. Use cases of several companies in Macedonia using this software have been analysed in terms of ROI, user productivity, business process cost reduction, IT cost reduction, increased revenues and IT staff productivity. The contribution of the research study are the results from the implementation of real case software the proposed approach when developingmcommerce software solution. Findings regarding the development perspective and usage performance while taking into account ROI, user productivity, business process cost reduction, IT cost reduction, increased revenues and IT staff productivity, have been stated and recomendations are provided.
