Where is the spring of heuristics and meta-heuristics? Human may be a rich one. Including their feeling, thought, behavior and experience. By appreciating the human work in doing packing during the past thousands of years, we get a conception of "cave" for circle packing after a long time. According to the "maximum cave degree λ principle" for corner occupying actions, we put circles into the container from outside one after one. This is already a simple deterministic algorithm A1.0 for solving unequal circle packing problem. After combining with a heuristic bounded enumeration in each step for each comer occupying action, A1.0 is developed into a new algorithm A1.5. Experimental results show the high performance of A1.5.
