摘要

The rotating packed bed (RPB) absorber's flooding is the main factor that affects the security of the submarine AIP system. In this thesis, its reason and mechanism are analyzed and the pilot-plant is designed to observe the process and characteristic of flooding. By regulating the speed of RPB, the pressure of the engine exhaust gas, the water flow of the spray cooler, the gas flow and the liquid flow, the experimental data of gas pressure drop and the pictures of liquid blow off are acquired in the course of flooding. According to the analysis of experimental results, the characteristics of gas pressure drop and the main factor that leads to flooding are concluded, and the operating regulations are established that prevent flooding for securing AIP system.
