摘要

In the present paper the safety during the process of the submarine rising to the surface by means of surface ship collision avoidance method is studied. The condition that the submarine collides with the surface ship while it rises to the surface is analyzed. The mathematical model of collision risk (CR) is established using fuzzy mathematics and artificial neural network (ANN). The collision risk is used to predict if the submarine will collide with the surface ship. Finally this predicting method is verified by computer simulation.
