摘要

It is a very important issues that whether building structure suffered-fire has valuable in reused or recovered. The building structure fire experiment furnace had been built in Central South University for those purposes with testing safety property for all kinds of building structures. It is one of the important tasks to control the burning temperature artificially to simulate the fire process. In the process, the temperature-time curve must meet the standards of IS0834. With the helps of high-quality industrial control computer and fuzzy control algorithm, we implemented furnace temperature controlled. This paper expounds the principle and application of fuzzy control system and introduces composition, algorithm and design of fuzzy controller and fuzzy system in the fire experiment furnace; finally, we realize the fuzzy controller with hardware of industrial control computer and software platform used by Visual Basic6.0. The actual control effect is fully meets the standards of IS0834.
