In this paper, based on the meshing characteristics and the single-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of W-N gearing with double-circular-arc tooth profile developed in reference[1], the effect of gear width, contact ratio on the dynamic behaviors of the gearing are investigated, some issues which should be considered in design and manufacture are proposed.
