摘要

Flame retardant nano-concentrates were prepared through three steps way, and they were added to coating to get flame retardant nano-coatings. Dispersion morphology and stability principle of nano-TiO2 particles were analysed by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Improvement of nano-concentrates in anti-ageing and fire resistant properties of APP/PER/MEL coating was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Differential thermal analysis (DTA), Thermogravimetry (TG) and fire protection test. The data from the experiments show that nano-TiO2 can greatly improve anti-ageing of flame retardant coating through its excellent ultraviolet-blocking power, and nanoparticle network formed by uniformly dispersed nano-TiO2 can distinctly enhance the coating resistance to water and moist in weathering experiment. Intumescence, synergism between APP-PER-MEL and mechanical properties of traditional APP/PER/MEL coating are seriously harmed by weathering while that of nano-coating is affected very little by weathering and still retain very good fire-resistant properties.
