The computer circuits are very complex and there are various signals in it. Computer can radiate electromagnetic waves in working. Some of these radiations will result in computer information leakage. In this paper, the video signal electromagnetic radiation model is set up based on near zone testing data, and the far zone video electromagnetic radiation is estimated by using computational electromagnetics method. Further more, the idea to investigate noise in the propagation path is proposed using FDTD method, and the noise is modeled as stochastic process rather than determine variables. Thus, the time-variant characteristic of noise in the propagation path is studied. Then, the electromagnetic radiation with 16 dB degrees is simulated. At last, the recovered word images are given after the video electromagnetic information leakage is processed through synchronization, correlated filtering, phase locking, recognition and reconstruction technology etc. The characteristics of information leakage is studied and discussed.
