Electrochemotherapy(ECT) is a new and efficient approach for the treatment of tumors. The technique is very easy to control and operate and is of little harm to normal tissue. Especially, it is very efficient in curing the flat tumors. We have used the ECT to treat S-180 sarcomas in KunMing mice. In the experiment, we have explored the optimal parameters of electromagnetic impulse used in treatment and acquired elementary results.
