摘要

The algorithm of mathematical modeling of nanoparticles formation at condensation of simple substances vapors is developed. The coordination simulation of a pseudo-crystal lattice growth is carried out. Approximations of gasdynamic and kinetic cross-section for growing carbon clusters are obtained.
