摘要

University can contact with another university, out side of country, under sister of relationship for modern policy of school extended. In this paper, weaved rope model was introduced to explain that the athletic game was conducted into the active of two universities under sister of relationship, and that show out not only high attainment of athletic game but also high friendship between the people of any place. Five parts, plan and advertisement and implements and results and finding with detail items are given that weaved rope model mapping on to descript athletic game. The most important of five parts is the implements. To keep working smoothly is the main point of rope weaving, and to keep running smoothly is the main points of Taekwondo festival too. To record the data happen for report or propose prepared need are the general work. The global village includes the educational background and society customer and others combinations to go the culture links. The revelation of weaved rope give that two group persons from different national people can through athletic game and festival actives not only can improve the athletic skill but also can be understanding both sides even to get the culture links. To prove the model can be used to the practical area, the case example is given that the Taekwondo competition was conducted at Chienkuo Technology University in central Taiwan into two universities, Chienkuo Technology University and Chung Cheong university at central Korea under sister of relationship.
