摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the heat transfer capability of falling film evaporation in the vertical tube with spring inserts. In this report, the influences of difference in temperature, Reynolds number of film, spring parameters are considered. According to this experiment, the proper parameters of spring were given out and the theoretical analysis of heat enhance was performed. Moreover, based on the Chen J.C. double mechanisms superposition model, the formula of heat transfer coefficient was obtained. The predicated heat transfer coefficient through the formula agrees with the experimental result fine and the error between them was basically less than 10%.
