摘要

This paper analyzes some problems in treatment of MSW in China through the survey of current status of MSW treatment in China. At present, sound treatment rate of waste in most cities is low, and treatment level and treatment technology are laggard, which are embodied that fund in waste treatment is very scarce; construction fund and operation expenses of the establishments related to treatment of solid waste are lacking; there is not correspond enough management system with socialism market economy in MSW management; and technology in separate collection, separate transportation, separate treatment and related establishments are also scarce. The paper presents some countermeasures and advice against the problems of MSW in China, and indicates that China should change the old MSW management system that ratio of waste treatment and disposal is higher than ratio of recycling and source decrement of solid waste to a new object system of sustainable development jn MSW management. To realize it, firstly, China should try to avoid waste being produced. If waste is inevitably generated, output must be small. Secondly, solid waste produced should be recycled. At last, some treatment in favor of environment should be done. Each city should set up specific and feasible objective. In addition, the paper presents also the sequence of optional MSW treatment technologies which is fit for China situation.
