摘要

water is one of the most sensitive and restricted factors in nature - social -economy system. In arid and semi - arid zone, water resources has become a bottleneck of economic development and ecosystem conservancy. The connotation of advanced water resources planning is that the virtuous circle of ecosystem should be kept in process of supporting economic society development by water resource development. The rational allocation of Water resource consumption between economic and ecosystem is studied in Ningxia province through systematically analyzing the inter - relationship between economic -social - eco - environmental system and water resource with help of integrated model of multiple objective optimization and simulation.

机译：水是自然界中最敏感和最有限的因素之一 - 社会管理系统。在干旱和半干旱区，水资源已成为经济发展和生态系统保护的瓶颈。高级水资源规划的内涵是，生态系统的良性圈应在水资源开发支持经济社会发展过程中。宁夏省研究了经济与生态系统之间的水资源消费的合理配置，通过系统地分析了多目标优化和模拟综合模型的综合模型与水资源之间的关系。
