This experiment is base on the following facts. At present, the treatment of black liquid is to concentrate and burns. The treatment isn't enough economical and waste resource, especially the carbohydrate odoriferous that can use to produce many kinds of productions. This article is maintain on the treatment which oxidize lignin on the condition of hot alkali to produce chemical raw material - oxalic acid. If the system of black liquid's treatment can run independently and make some profit it will be a great contribution to the paper making. The yield of oxalic acid in the experiment without activator is 40%.
