摘要

A novel pre-charged and highly specific fluorinated azide (17F-N3) derivatization agent was conveniently synthesized in good yield and characterized using MS and NMR. The 17F-N3 reacted with alkyne-bearing ethinyl estradiol (EE2) by coppercatalyzed click reaction and the time course mass spectral analysis showed the completion of reaction after 45 minutes of incubation.
