RSPP enables sample preparation and dilution to be fully automated. It is easy to use and flexible to meet the needs of multiple users. Preparation of two 96-well plates of samples including the sample dilution can be completed within 1.5 hours, which saved at least 50percent of the time compared with manual preparation. The results for the analysis of BMS-562086 in human plasma using RSPP demonstrate excellent ruggedness for diluted samples and that the process can be used in the regulated bioanalysis. This strategy will significantly reduce human errors during sample dilution, greatly improve data quality and increase bioanalytical productivity in drug development.
