@@ Introduction: In the year of 2004, Football Association in Huilongguan District in ChangPing, Beijing organized spontaneously and hosted the first Premier League football of Huilongguan District successfully, with the help of the local government and the community Internet. In the year of 2010, Premier League football of Huilongguan District has developed for 7 years and there are 21 teams and more than 1000 registered players. Besides, 210 matches have held in a whole year, whose high standard is not worse than The Chinese Super League.
