摘要

OBJECTIVE: To research the relationship between ambient temperature changes and lung injury and the law of changes resulted from ambient temperature changes in pulmonary immunization barrier.METHODS: The expression of CD4+,CD8+and CD20+of lung tissue in rats at different ambient temperatures was studied with immunohistochemical staining,and stereological methods were used for analysis.RESULTS: When ambient temperature changed,pathological lesion in lung tissue of the rats occurred to various degrees;CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased,while CD20+ increased.CONCLUSIONS: Ambient temperature changes can both result in lesion of the mechanical barrier and influence the immunization barrier in lung tissue.
