Investigating a crime incident for a rank-ordered list of suspects and linking a cluster of suspects to possible unsettled or even never reported crime cases, both need domain expertise and information fusion from heterogenous and autonomous data sources for complex and evolving relationships. In this paper, we present a large knowledge graph for public security analytics with 1.6-billion entities, 4-billion relationships and 14-billion events, and introduce crime-investigation services in our SCOPA system facilitated by this knowledge graph. Entity construction, relationship computing, and event reasoning of the knowledge graph are discussed with examples and case studies.
