摘要

OCT can clearly observe the 3D structure of bladder tissues, and FLOT can precisely locate the tumor and present the cancerous tissues scattered inside the tissue. These results clearly demonstrate the feasibility of OCT and FLOT for co-registered tissue morphology and molecular information, and the capability of FLOT to visualize the depth information of subsurface tumors. These results can help doctors identify and locate tumor boundary. An endoscopic device of OCT and FLOT can be farther developed for achieving noninvasive early bladder tumor detection in vivo.
