1. FTIR-μS is a valuable tool with which to quantify additive-concentration profiles. 2. LLDPE surface does not need to be saturated with erucamide to provide a low COF (Ramirez, Hirt, and Wright, Nano Letters, in press). 3. There is a noticeable difference in the degree of surface segregation between FTS and TBC. 4. AFM indicates a dramatic difference in additive surface structure for solution-coated versus bulk-loaded samples.
