摘要

The desire to create a highly sensitive biosensor has lead us to the concept of coupling gravi- metric detection with microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). In this paper, we will present a MEMS based membrane system for detection of low-concentration of biomolecules. The paper will focus on designing the resonant device and liquid encasement reservoir, as well as the the functionalization chemistry needed to detect specific biological interactions.
