The development of small town has already become a strategic problem for the whole social economic development. An interactive relation exists in the development of small town and enterprises cluster. This paper discusses the stimulative function which acts on enterprises cluster and small town each other on the base of having analyzed the character and predominance of enterprises cluster. Then being direct against the problems of enterprises cluster in small town at present, the advices have been proposed to promote the development of enterprises cluster in small town.
