The recombination of clusters in the partially synchronized phase demonstrates to be closely related to the temporal behavior of Lyapunov exponents whose valuese are nearly equal to zero. The intermittent time-variation of the difference between two Lyapunov exponents is different from the ordinary on-off intermittency. Within our knowledge, there is no report on on-off type intermittency such that the value of power in Q(t) is different from -3/2.
