Being interested in the development of lignin-containing polymeric materials had been upheld in this research and the lignin/LDPE-EVA blends, which were prepared in rheometer, were characterized by rheological properties through measurement of balanced torque and plasticized time. Optimum experimental parameters for the miscibility between lignin and LDPE-EVA were obtained through mechanical properties,FT-IR, SEM and DSC-TG. The rheological properties of blend showed that lignin/LDPE-EVA can be processed in single or twin screw extruders for father application and the characteristics of blend revealed the compatibility of system was improved, favorable for development of degradable lignosulfonate-based materials.
