Giant magnetoresistance spin-valve based biosensors are becoming more prevalent for sensitive biomolecular detection. However, there is little attention to the application of the commercial spin-valve sensors in bio-detection. In this paper, we present an integrated multi-channel detection platform for commercial spin-valve sensors. For the implementation, we propose a new detection method named scanning magnetic field that takes the magnetoresistance transfer curve shift caused by the magnetic beads. The reproducibility of this new method in detection is confirmed by the single channel experiment. Lastly, to demonstrate the concentration resolution of our detection platform, we performed a concentration calibration. The result indicates that concentration resolution can be achieved when applying the scanning magnetic field method with the commercial spin-valve sensors and magnetic beads.
