摘要

This paper combines fuzzy mathematics method with the analysis of hierarchy process, developing the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis, and applying this method to the assessment of leaguer's core competence in dynamic union in project construction. The result demonstrates that this method better reflects the fuzziness of core competence's classification boundaries, effectively solves the distribution of weight, so that evaluation conclusions are more reasonable and reliable. In consequence, it is a valuable method applied to core competence in construction enterprises comprehensive evaluation, and it is also a useful approach in choosing partner enterprises to set up the dynamic alliance.
