Based on the supply and demand theory, this thesis analyzes the supply and demand contradiction of financial personnel training of Binhai new area adopting the methods of data analysis and survey research; seen from the perspective of Tianjin colleges and universities, this thesis explores innovative financial talents who can meet the requirements of financial industry in Binhai new area.
