摘要

With the advance of times, on one hand, the society has put forward higher requirement for the talent; on the other hand, with the wider use of Internet, great changes have taken place on the student's way of learning. Education is confronted with thorough reform. As the pioneers of the reform, Teachers' teaching method should have changed correspondingly. How to deal with the requirement of the developing times is the problem that the teacher should think about and solve. Under the new circumstance, teachers ought to change their roles, considering themselves as the leaders of teaching.
