摘要

This paper studied the PMD compensation performance of the new modulation format CSRZ-DPSK. The study derived formula of CSRZ-DPSK modem methods theoretically and presented the methods in their specific achieving processes.Using Matlab simulation,the residual DGD value that compensated by PMD compensation system or not based on NRZ,CSRZ,NRZ-DPSK and CSRZ-DPSK modulation methods were obtained. The results showed that compared with OOK format,after compensation the residual DGD value of DPSK is smaller,and the residual DGD value of CSRZ-DPSK has more value close to zero,so has the best PMD compensation effect.
