摘要

Transportation of overweight/oversize cargoes has become more frequent in modern industrial society.Many cargoes are usually transported through portage from manufactured place to destination,and in some cases the unloading place of cargo does not have adequate conditions especially in inland river,such as the narrow river where the floating crane can not touch the cargo. This paper introduces a computeraided decision-making system for overweight/oversize cargoes' unloading,which can make decisions according to the detailed information of barge and unloading place.Finally,a software is developed to implement the decision-making system which includes the control of barge's floatability and stability,selection of unloading schemes and simulation of unloading.
